Our spacious luxurious corner apartment is on the 1st floor, with elevator, has 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully air conditioned. A fantastic feature is the balcony which is the full length of the 2 sides of the apartment, no solid walls to be seen - just floor to ceiling windows and patio doors, leading from the kitchen, lounge and bedroom. Absolutely fantastic views of the inland coastal waterways from both sides of the apartment. The Master bedroom also has patio doors leading to the balcony, has a Queen size bed and is elegantly furnished with large walk in wardrobe/closet and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom, elegantly furnished, has twin beds, large walk in wardrobe and shares the house bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped, large oven and hobs, microwave, large fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and sufficient crockery, cutlery, tableware and glassware for 6 people. The breakfast area at the side of the kitchen overlooks the patio doors on to the balcony. A very large lounge with Dining area, mirrored internal walls and of course balcony with all glass full length windows surrounding it all. The lounge has a 25" remote cable TV with VCR, stereo music system and a TV in each bedroom also. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Fantastic private facilities - very large beautiful swimming pool and spa with sunbathing deck overlooking the inland coastal waterways. A wonderful large clubhouse with fitness room, billiard room, sauna and changing facilities, overlooking the waterways also. There is a Barbeque and picnic area outside the Clubhouse and a Shuffleboard Court. The tennis courts are exceptionally well maintained and of course there is the Marina with mooring facilities. Fishing and boat rentals are available nearby and of course the beautiful white sandy beaches and warm blue Gulf sea is only a few minutes' walk away.

St Petersburg, the Sunshine City is approximately 10 minutes drive and has a sparkling downtown waterfront, with great shopping, dining, major league sports, art and culture and a famous Pier, which has 5 stories of interesting shops, an outstanding aquarium, outdoor observation deck, other entertainments and free trolley rides from the ample parking areas. There are miles and miles of white sandy beaches and many interesting towns North and South of St Pete's Beach. Boat rentals, jet ski rentals are nearby and there are various daily cruises up and down the Coastline including Dinner Dance cruises, Dolphin Encounter cruises and many others. The city of Tampa is approximately 30 minutes drive where 3 or 4 day cruises depart every week to Mexico, New Orleans, Grand Cayman and other places of interest. A host of things to do and places to see as well as bathing in the warm, clear blue Gulf of Mexico. Orlando of course is only one and a half hour's drive away, famous for all its theme parks.
